Terms of Service

Model x Creator Casting Submission Portal
Effective date: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of modelcreatorcasting.com and its public casting, BeautyCon access, and audition-submission forms (collectively, the “Portal”). The Portal is provided under the Model x Creator Casting brand (“Model x Creator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Information submitted through the Portal is used only for internal casting review and directly related BeautyCon guest-list administration—not for public display, advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated marketing. By accessing the Portal, submitting information, or checking the acceptance box, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal or submit information.

1. What the Portal is for

The Portal is a casting-intake and event-registration tool. It may be used to collect casting questionnaires, BeautyCon access registrations, on-site audition details, and voluntary photo or video submissions. It is not a contract for employment, representation, participation in a television program, event admission, compensation, travel, or any other opportunity.

Submitting to the Portal does not guarantee selection, callback, meeting, response, event access, entry to BeautyCon, admission to any venue, appearance, representation, compensation, or participation in any production. We may review, contact, select, decline, suspend, or remove a submission in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. We do not have to explain casting decisions.

2. Eligibility and event access

Unless we state otherwise in writing, applicants must be at least 18 years old when submitting. The BeautyCon access form also asks you to confirm that you are a U.S. citizen or have a green card. You are responsible for ensuring that your representations are accurate and that you satisfy any posted eligibility requirements.

BeautyCon access registration is a request for guest-list placement, not a promise of entry. Event organizers, venues, security personnel, capacity limits, ticketing terms, health and safety requirements, and applicable laws may impose additional conditions or prevent entry. You must follow all event, venue, and security rules. We may correct, refuse, or revoke an access-list entry where permitted by law, including when information is inaccurate, eligibility is not met, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

3. Your information and promises

You agree to provide complete, accurate, current information and to keep it truthful. Do not submit another person’s contact information, image, voice, social account, or video unless you have authority to do so. Do not submit content containing unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material, or content that identifies a minor without legally valid authority.

You represent that you own the content you submit or have all rights, permissions, consents, and releases needed to provide it to us for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You also represent that your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

4. Permission to review submitted content

You retain ownership of your original written responses, photos, and videos. By submitting them, you grant Model x Creator and only the authorized internal casting, event-administration, and service-provider personnel acting on our behalf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, host, store, reproduce, play, evaluate, and share your submission internally solely for casting review, audition administration, BeautyCon guest-list administration, technical support, security, and required recordkeeping. We will not use your submission for public display, advertising, unrelated marketing, data brokerage, or a finished production unless you separately agree in writing.

This limited submission license does not itself make you a cast participant and is not a talent, appearance, publicity, or production release for use in a finished program, advertisement, or promotion. If we ask you to advance, participate, or appear in a project, additional agreements, releases, eligibility verification, and approvals may be required before any such use.

5. Contact and electronic communications

You authorize us to contact you at the email address, phone number, social account, or other contact detail you provide for casting, registration, technical support, and related administrative purposes. The BeautyCon access flow may send a confirmation email after successful registration. You are responsible for using an email address you can access and for checking spam or junk folders.

Operational or casting messages are not marketing messages. Where we offer optional marketing communications, they will be governed by the consent and opt-out information presented at that time. Electronic records and communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing to the extent allowed by law.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Portal is built and hosted using Base44’s backend. The BeautyCon access flow sends the limited guest-list information needed for check-in to a connected Google Sheet and may send a confirmation through a connected Gmail account. Audition videos are uploaded to the connected Google Drive account. These providers process the information only to operate the Portal and its internal casting workflows on our behalf. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices, and their availability is outside our control.

You must not attempt to interfere with the Portal, access administrative areas, bypass authentication, upload malicious code, harvest information, use automated means to submit or scrape data, or misuse a video-upload link. We may investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including blocking a submission or preserving records for security and legal purposes.

7. Availability and technical limits

The Portal is provided on an “as available” basis. Uploads, forms, email, Google services, mobile devices, browsers, networks, or third-party platforms can fail, delay, or be unavailable. A displayed confirmation is evidence that the Portal accepted your request at that moment, but it is not a guarantee that an email will be delivered, an event will occur, or a submission will be selected. Do not send sensitive information that the form does not request.

8. Intellectual property

The Portal’s branding, layout, text, logos, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by Model x Creator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the Portal for its intended submission purpose, these Terms do not grant you rights in those materials. “BeautyCon” and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the Portal will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You use the Portal at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Model x Creator and its affiliates, partners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunity, data, goodwill, or profits arising from or related to the Portal, an event, a submission, or a casting decision.

10. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update the Portal or these Terms when appropriate. The effective date above will identify the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. We may stop, suspend, or limit the Portal at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires another forum. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Portal.
